Clean rooms and super clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a TV, air conditioning, and a fan. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and toothbrush. Plus, there was a convenient store right next door. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The staff at this new, clean building are incredibly helpful and friendly, despite language barriers. The room has a great view, hot water in the shower, and even a kettle for tea. They also have a convenient grocery store next door.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Ha Giang. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the balcony offered a wonderful view. Despite a few communication challenges, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, especially if you have a bike to get around.
